Tax benefits (France only)

Our association is eligible for the French “Coluche Law” (Article 200, 1 ter of the General Tax Code), allowing your donations to benefit from significant tax advantages in France:

Our actions are aimed at families in extremely precarious situations, people with disabilities, and children whose access to education is compromised by their living conditions.

Our humanitarian association works to improve the living conditions of the most vulnerable populations in Sri Lanka by carrying out concrete actions to help families, children, and rural communities.

Our projects are developed based on needs identified in the field, in collaboration with local partners and school Principals who are familiar with the situation of these families.

Companies that pay tax in France benefit from a tax reduction of 60% of the donation amount, under corporation tax (IS) or income tax (IR).

• 75% tax reduction for donations up to €1,000 (starting at €5).

• 66% reduction above this amount, up to a limit of 20% of net taxable income in France.

Example :
For a donation of €100, you will receive a tax reduction of €75.
